We - Martina, Johanna and Sara are Yoga teachers, living and working in Lisbon. Together we offer weekly Yoga lessons in different locations with a great view in Lisbon. We also organise private or group Yoga lessons including Brunches and an amazing view over Lisbon. Seasonally you can join us for a whole day of Yoga, mediation, Thai massage and more at our Spring and Autumn festivals at This is Lisbon Hostel.

We want to create an enjoyable yoga experience that is accessible for everyone, no matter what your experience or shape is. Our classes are Hatha yoga based combining static and dynamic yoga postures with breath awareness encouraging you to practice with presence and joy.
