Can you tell I’m into Rick Rubin’s work lately? 😄
His words keep reminding me of this truth: through expression, we meet ourselves.

If there’s an idea, project, or dream you keep circling around; starting, stopping, forgetting, then remembering again ... pay attention to it!

I've explored many angles of "pursuing your passions", the practical, emotional, spiritual, ...

And what I see now is this: pursuing what lights you up isn’t just about achieving something. It’s a way to feel like yourself again. To remember that you’re a creative, connected being with something moving through you. When that movement gets blocked, we feel stuck, disconnected, or restless.
When we forget the power and creativity we have access to ... that's when we start suffering and causing suffering to others.

This is why I do the work I do. Not just to help people bring their passions to life, but to help them remember who they are through doing so.

The past weeks have been both incredibly beautiful and very intense 🤍
We’re moving to a different country, which means balancing soaking up this place one last time while feeling excited for the next chapter.

Packing boxes and going through our things made us realize how much we’d gathered that we no longer need. It felt like a real shedding process, physical and emotional. A kind of detox to step into this next chapter lighter, clearer, and as a slightly new version of myself.

At the same time, hosting the mindful morning sessions created a little snowball effect for me. Bit by bit, I started refocusing on dreams that had been sitting on the waitlist for a while. So in the middle of packing, goodbye hugs, enjoying the moment, and regular work life, I recommitted to:
✨ writing my own oracle deck
✨ finishing my online course to become a Zumba teacher (hihi)
✨ studying for my motorcycle license

It’s honestly amazing how much energy comes from making space for small projects that are just for you. Yes, winter asks the body to slow down, but the aliveness? Very much present ✨

So yeah… enjoy this little collage of my last weeks 🤍

Confession: I can be an overwhelmed, chaotic, anxious, verrry sensitive mess hehe
BUT I also know I can be the calm, clear, grounded version of me too.

The difference?
Taking my power back.

These feelings usually pop up when we’ve drifted a little too far from our center, when a new chapter is calling, or when it's time to refocus on the dreams that have gotten a bit blurry.

What I do when I feel that way? I put it in a little (free) pdf for you.

Plot twist: the mindset queen got “distracted”… I fell in love. 🙈💛
(Okay, but let’s be honest, distracted is not the right word. More like: Life dropped me into the right chapter at the right time.)

And like with every new chapter, I had to do the usual dance:
letting go of fears, shifting old mindsets, shedding identities that belonged to past versions of me…
you know, just like nature, going through a little change of seasons 😉

Plus, I’ve been living in that beauuuutiful honeymoon haze where responsibilities become a bit blurry. 😇✨
And honestly? I hope that soft, loving phase never leaves! But now I have found my new normal, installed a new balance, and with that, my creative juices are waking back up.

Because that’s the thing about life: the path bends, twists, pauses, surprises.
And if we welcome each chapter with grace, life eventually taps us on the shoulder like, “Alright, it’s time to move again.”

So here I am: heart full, batteries charged, choosing three new projects to pour myself into over the next weeks.

Some weeks ago, I walked into a yoga class that was packed. Months ago, the teacher said, it wasn’t like that at all.
Then she told me something so simple, but so true:
“If you just keep showing up to your practice, the results do follow.”

And I couldn’t stop thinking about it…

We quit after trying something twice and not seeing results.
We want quick fixes for deeply ingrained patterns.
We hope one meditation, one habit, one journal session will undo years of conditioning and autopilot reactions.

But the truth?
Transformation is a practice. Not a moment.
It’s the daily act of returning to who you actually are underneath the stories, the self-sabotage, the overthinking.

Your intentional self is like a muscle.
Your autopilot has been trained your whole life, of course it’s stronger.
So we don’t get mad when we slip back.
We just… come back to the practice. Again and again.

That yoga class reminded me why I decided to bring back the Morning Mindfulness Sessions.
Because choosing who you show up as first thing in the morning?
That choice can shift your entire day… and eventually your entire life.

Yes, waking up early is a challenge.
But the clarity, resilience, and calm that participants (and I) experienced last time?
Absolutely worth it.

For me, the whole reason of working on a purpose or project
is not about getting what I want.

I’ve reached enough goals to know:
goals don’t bring you what you hoped they would.

That accomplishment was cool ...
but the lack of confidence remained.
Hearing “I love you” was a relief ...
but the annoying feeling of not being fully loved is still there in the back of your mind.

Nothing external can fill the holes we perceive in our hearts.
Only the deep realization that what we look for…
was always inside of us. ✨
The self-worth.
The knowing that Love is what we are.
___

I’m not working on a project to get what I want.

Because I’ve lived enough to know life is unpredictable.
It brings us what we want, but always wrapped in a surprise. 🎁
Sometimes the gift includes its shadow: what we don’t want.
Sometimes we realize halfway through
that what we thought we wanted… has changed.
___

So no, I don’t set goals or chase a purpose to “get there.”

I design a vision, and work on it, to get to know myself and the nature of life.

To explore the limitlessness of what I can bring to the table.
To meet parts of me I didn’t know existed.
To watch how life magically brings the right people, opportunities, and lessons
when I move from my heart. ❤️

It’s unpredictable.
It’s messy.
It’s joy and sadness, expansion and contraction, ...
the full 360° of being alive.

And that ... is why I’m here, as this little human:
To know what it’s like to be alive.
To feel. To love. To explore. To create.

So maybe I do set goals to get what I want.
But what I want…
is to taste this human life in all its raw, real fullness.

Bring it on. 🌍🔥

You wanna know the quickest way into drama spirals & people-pleasing?

👉 Not having a clear purpose or project to work on. (Or distracting yourself from it… ouch, I know 😅)

Our mind is hungry. It needs something to chew on: a mission, a challenge, something juicy enough to keep it busy serving the heart.

When it doesn’t get that? It starts acting out like a bored teenager:

🌀 Revisiting old memories for drama
🤯 Creating future worst-case scenarios
🙃 Adopting other people’s dreams “just to stay busy”
🍷 Falling into addictions, distractions, or overthinking loops

It’s not that your mind is evil. It’s just unemployed. 😏

Here’s the thing:

🧘‍♀️ Meditation is great.
✨ Presence is beautiful.
🚀 But purposeful creation is what keeps your soul alive.

The goal isn’t to be * present *... and wait for life to happen to you! 🙅🏼‍♀️
It’s to live with presence while creating, exploring, loving.

(And yes, I sometimes forget this too. My inner “meh” is usually just my mind begging for a mission again.)

When that happens, I go back to my own tools:

I use the Lifestyle Design Method to get clear on my focus & next steps

Or I grab my Meditation Package to rewire my mind and reconnect with my heart’s desires

And ... Every. Time. I feel instantly more energized, confident & grounded. 🙌

So if you’ve been feeling a little “meh” lately…

Sometimes I need to take a tiny break from life to zoom out and realize that every. single. day. I'm living something I used to dream about. I'm training my nervous system to get used to that goodness.

Isn't it funny how living your dreams can be a scary thing?
"This can't be real. This won't last."
I decided these thoughts will no longer lead me to sabotaging or not fully enjoying the present moment.

I choose to stay open for the goodness. I choose to feel safe in the goodness. 🥰
