Gratitude to everyone who participated in another circle here at Tribodar a few days ago 🤍 We already know that each circle is unique, and this time was no exception.

Portugal, Poland, Belgium, Argentina, Brazil, Spain… 🌍🎶
It's so beautiful to see this mix of cultures, rhythms, and musical sharing happening in the same space.

It was wonderful to see a friend I hadn't seen in 17 years.

It was a surprise to feel the power of the tambourines.

It was inspiring to learn a little more about the rhythms of Argentina.

And, above all, it was wonderful to feel this good energy of being among friends and neighbors.

The final, more intimate moment, with just three of us, was magical: the Shrutibox arrived, Miguel's flute was activated… and the trance happened ✨hehe

Our temple house is truly a dream come true and at the same time, the result of six years of committed labor. 💛

Six years filled with sweat and dust, laughter and tears, moments of deep joy, love and pleasure, and of course many challenges along the way. Every single step, easy or difficult, became part of this beautiful achievement.

One year living in our temple house and our hearts keep overflowing gratitude. This home holds stories, lessons, and energy that remind us daily why we chose this path. Building with intention, patience, and respect for nature has transformed not only a space, but also ourselves.

We want to celebrate this moment with all of you and share a simple message:
✨ Follow your dreams. Do what you love. Trust the process. With love, dedication, and commitment, everything is possible. ✨

At our Cacao Ceremonies in Tribodar, we come together to prepare the Cacao with intention and blessings. During the ceremony, we flow through different waves:

✨ Wave of Gratitude: We honor the journey of the from its origins to being served, and express gratitude for all who made this heart-opening medicine possible.
✨ Inner World: Meditation, messages from our guides, movement, voice, journaling, and intuitive practices allow deep self-exploration.
✨ Integration: Time to integrate individually, connect with the group’s energy, draw a card, and close with a song or mantra.

It’s been incredible witnessing breakthroughs, tears and laughter, playful inner child moments, and profound clarity. Every ceremony is a beautiful journey of the heart. 💚

Welcome to renting “Casa Mocho” at Eco Project Tribodar! In Nisa - Central Portugal
Available from January 10th until March–April

Full rent: €350 / month
Partial rent: €250 / month + 12 hours of work per month
(supporting eco-construction and beautification — no experience needed)

Included: gas, internet, electricity, and access to all communal spaces.
The house is heated with firewood, which you can buy or gather yourself.

WHO WE ARE & THE VISION OF THE PROJECT

We are a couple with a 15-year-old son, living on this eco-project for the last 15 years, with a mission of caring for the land and for people.
From March–April onward, we host eco-retreats and eco-holidays — which is why we rent Casa Mocho at a reduced rate and for a longer period.
At the moment, another couple is also living part-time with us and part-time in Lisbon.

The House of Fire, in the heart of Tribodar is more than a space — it is a living womb that welcomes us day and night, breathing in rhythm with us.

When hosting the groups in the day, we move through practices that nourish the body and expand the soul: meditation that softens the mind, yoga that grounds, breath that awakens.

At night, when the world quiets down, the fire rises with its ancient call. That is when I share the cacao ceremony with the groups, a ritual that opens the heart and reminds us of the sweetness of presence.

Within these walls of wood, warmth, and truth, laughter has danced freely, tears have found the ground they needed, and long-held screams have discovered a safe place to be released.
Food was shared, stories unfolded, and many ceremonies revealed their magic.

Deep gratitude to the fire, to the elements,

Unwind and recharge at this cozy countryside spa just 10 minutes from Nisa. 💆‍♀️✨
With a whirlpool bath, sauna, Turkish bath, indoor pool, and—during summer—an outdoor pool surrounded by peaceful nature, it’s the perfect spot to slow down and decompress.
Sheep wandering around the hotel make the atmosphere even more magical. 🐑🌿
A beautiful retreat at a friendly budget… we’re truly fortunate to have this so close. 💛

I felt an impulse to share how happy I am with the decision I made years ago — choosing to live in nature.
Maybe this resonates with someone who is wondering:
Will I be bored? Will I have less comfort? Will this lifestyle really fit me?

Living off-grid definitely brings its adaptations, especially doing things in a simple, handmade way like we do here. But each person can find their own version of this path.
And you can always visit projects like ours to feel it first, to experience this rhythm before making a final choice.

For me, the answer was clear from the beginning.
I saw how different I felt in the city versus in nature — how my whole being became more aligned, more free, more relaxed when I was close to the land.
There was never a doubt. This lifestyle was mine.

And the beautiful thing is that after 15 years here, there is still so much to discover, to create, to learn, and to really just to BE. I truly never get bored.

I remember once going to a paradise place near the ocean…
Day 1: I was blissfully resting.
Day 2: I started moving my fingers, looking for something to do.
Day 3: I was actually bored — something I hadn’t felt in years.
So I went to the mountains, a shepherd offered me some wool, and I made a felt carpet to gift the person hosting me.

So yes… bored? Not here. Not in this life close to nature. There is always something unfolding, something alive, something calling.

These fallen leaves are gold to us 🔆
Every bit of organic matter becomes life again in our garden, in our vegetable beds, compost, compost toilet, and as a soft mulch blanket that protects the soil.

Today I went to the village to gather leaves,
because autumn is gifting us this beautiful moment of release — trees letting go, so new cycles can begin.

The men collecting the leaves were surprised
to see me so enthusiastic, building little mountains to take home. One of them even lent me a tool (I had forgotten mine! And was gathering but hand),
and shared a small talk about composting :)
