For years, we’ve been tending to this beautiful space with so much love, care, and patience — and now it’s truly thriving! Our food forest is bursting with food, rich soil full of life (so many happy worms!), and a peaceful energy that reminds us how rewarding it is to grow in harmony with nature. 🌱

Yoga means union — the union of our individual soul with the greater soul, the drop returning to the ocean while still in this human experience.

When the mind relaxes, that union becomes possible.

When energy flows freely through the body, the inner light that was always there begins to shine.

Vital energy expands.
We feel alive. We feel peace. We feel the love that we truly are. 💫

Spend the winter in the heart of the 🌿 Tribodar Eco-Project, a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature in Nisa, Alentejo (Portugal). From October 22 to March 10, the inviting Casa-Mocho is available for €350 per month when you stay the entire season. Shorter stays are welcome, though the monthly rate is higher.

Explore scenic walking trails 🚶‍♀️, visit the nearby lake and waterfall, enjoy spa and gym facilities in Nisa, or join friendly neighborhood gatherings with music 🎶, shared meals, and creative activities. A perfect mix of nature, ecostay, and welcoming neighbors.

Cats are true little yogis. 🐾✨
They carry so much presence, effortlessly transmuting the energy around them.
Every time we unroll the mat for yoga or settle into meditation, one of our cats always appears—without fail. Pure magic.

Meet Cody, our young, playful soul, bringing endless smiles, lightness, and presence into our days. 💛🐈‍⬛

✨ This epic trip was filled with truly epic moments — moments of laughter, discovery, and deep connection. 🌍✨

What made it unforgettable wasn’t just the places we explored, but the people who came together from such different realities and backgrounds. Each person carrying their own story, yet all of us sharing the same willingness to connect, to grow, and to evolve as human beings. 💫

It’s in these encounters that we realize: the world feels both vast and intimate at the same time. And when hearts are open, strangers become family, and a trip becomes a life chapter. 🗺️❤️

A horta agora está incrível!
Cuidada com tanto amor pelas mãos deste incrível cuidador das plantas e da terra.

Ano após ano, temos observado transformações maravilhosas no solo.
A floresta de comida cresce — e este ano
a abundância nos surpreende:
✨ o tamanho dos alimentos,
✨ o vigor das plantas,
✨ a generosidade da terra.

Num clima seco como o do Alentejo, parece mesmo um milagre!
