Let’s go back to the basics! 🌀🧘🌀
We can sit down and do this simple exercise of BREATHING LONG AND DEEP, or we can bring it into our daily life, just taking a moment to pause and take a few long, deep breaths. And it can make such a huge difference!!!
Why? Because this simple practice really helps reset the nervous system. It works on the vagus nerve, one of the biggest nerves in the body, which is deeply connected to relaxation and the body’s ability to restore balance.
While we are breathing long and deep, we are sending a message to the nervous system: everything is fine, it’s okay, I can relax.
At the same time, we are allowing more oxygen to enter the body, helping the whole system feel more vital, calm, and relaxed. It’s a small pause that can shift how we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Sometimes the most powerful tools are also the simplest and your breath is always with you.
