I once cried in a finance meeting — and that changed everything.
It changed how I understand vicarious trauma and what real well-being looked like for me.
If you’ve ever felt heavy from holding space for others, I get it. I used to carry everyone’s pain until it started showing up in unexpected places — like that meeting.
In my new video, I share a simple, trauma-informed tool my counsellor called the Sympathy Card.
