In response to the growing number of teens and young adults seeking personal and social support, I am offering Personal Growth Coaching For Youth, specifically aimed at 13-24-year-olds. This is for any young person in need of a listening ear, a cheerleader or a mentor outside of the family. This is also great for online schoolers that do not have a PSHE component in their curriculum.

𝗔 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 & 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲
Today’s youth are living in a world very different from the one we were raised in — facing new pressures alongside the timeless challenges of growing into an adult. Our lives are also exponentially busier than they were previously. We often don’t carve out the time to support our young ones when they need it most.
Coaching offers a calm, judgment-free space to talk through what’s on their mind—whether it’s school stress, friendship dynamics, or worries about the future.
I work with teens and young adults to build trust, let them be heard, explore challenges, and develop their emotional literacy.

Anxiety, mood swings, and emotional overwhelm are common—but they don’t have to be faced alone.
In coaching sessions, we explore practical strategies for managing emotions, building resilience, and understanding mental health in a way that feels approachable and empowering.
Coaching isn’t therapy — it’s pro-active support that helps people feel more in control of their mental well-being.
