It was wonderful to meet everyone, to be together in our energy! I met people that I know we will keep in touch, new colleagues and friends. What a gift! And a true honor to learn from and to and meet Professor Huang Huang and his lovely family✨. He has a great sense of humor and a sense of fun. I learned so much this past week. But, the biggest thing I learned is that I am so happy that I decided to study Jing Fang! Thank you so much Tino, Tara and team. My heart is full and my brain is tired. 😂🙌✨

I just completed an amazing clinical practice to conclude year 1 of the 2 year program and a lifetime of study of Jing Fang Classics 🌿🫚☯️. Along with my 75 or more new colleagues from around the world, we practiced our skills in abdomen palpation, pulse and tongue interpretation, tasted herbal decoctions that balance the body and made new connections that have nourished our lives. I am so glad I took the leap! ✨🙌

🌿 Exciting News from Sarah's Energetics! 🌿

In January 2025, I embarked on a transformative journey into the study and practical application of Classical Chinese Medicine, in partnership with the International Institute of Jing Fang at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. This two-year program is deepening my understanding of Jing Fang 經 方, the classical formulas that have shaped Chinese medicine for centuries. Rooted in ancient texts like the Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing and Shang Han Za Bing Lun, these formulas have stood the test of time, offering highly effective treatments for internal medicine that have been used for over 2,000 years.

I will be studying the Constitutional Jing Fang method under the guidance of Dr. Huang Huang, with teachings from Salustino Z. Wong PhD, and this incredible journey will culminate in an immersion experience in China.

✨ But don’t worry! During this exciting time of study and growth, I continue to offer my Functional Skin & Wellness Services both online and in-person in beautiful Portugal. You can still book your appointments as usual for personalized treatments and guidance in skincare, wellness, and holistic health.

I love to re-create myself through learning, discovering how the inside of the body deeply affects what we see on the outside. I recently completed a Functional Skin & Wellness diploma that incorporates Daoist Chinese Medicine principles to balance the body, using what I observe on the face to guide treatment—a method I apply with my clients today.

As I dived deeper into my studies, I became fascinated with Chinese Herbs and their incredible potential in both decoctions and topical products. The results have been nothing short of amazing! I’m actually using these ancient formulas on myself right now, and I’m in awe of their power and the visible changes I’m experiencing. The difference is undeniable, and I can’t wait to bring this continuing knowledge and study to my clients, helping them achieve the same incredible results.
