The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the concerned examinees that the May 2026 Special Licensure Examinations (SPLE) in Bahrain; Al-Khobar, Jeddah, and Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Qatar; Kuwait; Abu-Dhabi and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates; and Israel has been cancelled.
This is for the safety and well-being of all those involved in the administration and conduct of the examination, including the examinees, examination personnel from the PRC, volunteers from the testing centers, and personnel from the Philippine Embassies and/or Migrant Workers Offices are the primordial considerations of the Commission.
Further, the May 2026 SPLE in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan is rescheduled to May 29, 30, and 31, 2026 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

14. Master Plumbers
15. Mechanical Engineers
16. Medical Technologists
17. Midwives
18. Nurses
19. Physical Therapists
20. Professional Food Technologists
21. Professional Teachers
22. Psychologists
23. Psychometricians
24. Radiologic Technologists
25. Real Estate Appraisers
26. Registered Electrical Engineers
27. Registered Master Electricians
28. Respiratory Therapists
29. Sanitary Engineers
30. Social Workers
31. Veterinarians
32. X-Ray Technologists
All affected applicants who have successfully applied and paid the corresponding fees through the LERIS may use the same in any of the next two consecutive (2) SPLEs, or may opt to transfer to the local licensure examination and utilize their application within the next two (2) scheduled local examinations.
