Hearthe

Hearthe Hearthe – Healing Art Therapy, Yoga & Restorative Thai Yoga Massage Returning to our inner home, embracing the inner wisdom, the sweetness of life.

Hearthe stands for Healing Art Therapy - a multidisciplinary project aiming to create a safe space of mindful presence and non-judgement where we can rest in awe of our own mysteries. Offerings

Vinyasa Yoga // Creative Movement// Mandala Flows/ Yin Yoga

My classes are a playful eclectic journey that invite self exploration, self discovery, a deeper sense of intimacy within ourselves. Releasing areas of tension, we flow with grace just as gently as we aim to move through life. We invite creativity in, bringing flexibility into our being - our bodies, our minds, and our hearts. Our yoga mat turns into our mirror, our canvas, our playground - reflecting where we are at today. There’s so much wisdom in our bodies, when we turn within, we learn to listen and trust what we are hearing. In my classes, I hold a safe place for us to observe - the pause between the movements where our hearts expand, the silence bellow the noise where we discover our truths. Contraction and expansion creating the rhythm of life. We might find ourselves screaming, crying, dancing and smiling at each other for no reason. Embrace it wholeheartedly. Restorative Thai Yoga Massage

A meditation in movement, a sacred dance, a broth for the soul. This Restorative Thai Yoga Massage is a deep full body treatment, a dialogue in motion, a melting pot of: “metta” - loving kindness, “vipassana” - meditation on insight, massage and yoga. Through its harmonious blend of supported restorative postures that cultivate stillness, yogic stretching of muscles using Thai Massage techniques, an “invisible” map of energy lines, acupressure points and a mindful gentle touch - this practice creates space enabling your body and mind to unfold, surrender and allow compassion to flow effortlessly. Your body is loosened, the muscle and fascia stretched slowly entering a meditative state aimed at harmonising and energising. Benefits:
* Tension release
* Deep relaxation
* Unblocking emotional traumas and energy stagnation
* Experience fuller states of peace and tranquility
* Reduces and relieves stress and anxiety
* Improves posture, balance, and corrects body alignments
* Helps detoxify the body and boosts the immune system

A question you may ask…
Is “Embodied Flow” yoga?

While it looks different from a traditional vinyasa class, it’s definitely rooted in yoga.

The practice invites you to embody awareness — feeling into organs, tissues, breath, and subtle energy and then allowing movement to arise from that inner listening.

So, YES…it is yoga, but it’s yoga softened, opened up, and made more fluid — a blend of philosophy, embodiment practices, and asana that honors the body as an intelligent, creative landscape.

A shoulder rolls, a spine ripples, fingers stretch into space as if remembering something ancient.

We dip into asanas, not as fixed postures but as doorways….openings into sensation. Downward dog becomes an ocean wave. A twist becomes a conversation with your ribs.

Just the sweet discovery of how your body wants to move today.

Every stretch, every sway, every inhale and exhale becomes a dialogue between your body, your mind, and the quiet voice of your heart.

For a very long time, I feared I might be or feel too much.

And I’ve let my decisions be guided by fear.

Lately, I’ve been asking myself,

“ What would the most powerful, loving, aligned version of me do right now?”

And in whatever aspect of your life, I’d like to invite you to ask yourself the same.

This is what we do in Embodied Flow.
Instead of shrinking, we expand.

We take the space we’ve been denied in the outside world and tune into the subtle grace of our inner world.

And that creates a ripple effect, into the way you feel, your perceived reality, the quality of your thoughts, the energy you move through life with.

Come as you are, and experience it for yourself.

Sunday, Embodied Flow 10AM.

Back from my lil getaway filled with moments of awe, joy and sunburn, celebrating another trip around the sun.

Just in time for another celebration.

This Sunday morning, we meet on the mat to move with the golden energy of the Summer Solstice, that peak of light that invites us to expand, soften, and feel more alive in our bodies.

The solstice reminds us that our bodies are temples of light: wise, cyclical, and deeply connected to the rhythms of the Earth.

We’ll move with the fullness of summer’s energy — intuitive and sensual…not rushing, but letting it ripple through us in waves. Warming the heart. Awakening the spine. Rooting deeper into our bodies while reaching toward that bright, bold sky.

An invitation to let radiance lead.

Here breaking all the rules,
call it yoga or moving freely with my socks on, keeping my kidneys happy (if you know, you know 😉)
and simply loving this practice for
endlessly reminding me to open my heart.

Anyways, to keep it short…I invite you to do it together.
If you’re craving a soulful Sunday, join me on the mat.

Gentle yoga x Self massage techniques

This Thursday, it’s not a workout — it’s a return to ease.

Through gentle movement and simple myofascial release techniques (self massage following the Meridian lines from Traditional Chinese Medicine), we’ll invite the body to unwind the tension it’s been carrying for too long.

If you’ve been feeling…

tight, stiff, or sore
overwhelmed or anxious
disconnected from your body
or just tired of pushing through every day
…this is your space to slow down without guilt.

You’ll leave feeling:

looser in your joints and fascia
clearer in your mind
and more at home in your body

No yoga experience needed. No performance, no pressure. Just soft, intentional movement and release, at your own pace.

See you there,
🌸

This eve!

Easter is almost over, the chocolate’s half-eaten, and your nervous system might still be buzzing.

Let it all slow down.

Join me for a cozy, soulful hour of movement, breath and sweet surrender. Think: hips, heart, and deep exhales. Ground the energy of transition, release what’s ready to be let go, and return to the quiet of your body.

See you on the mat!

Conversation with myself as I woke up.

“I feel tired. I don’t want to wake up or get out of bed.”
“But why?”
“Because I feel sad.”
“So, what would make you feel better?”
“Care.”

So I gently got myself out of bed and made a cup of tea. Sat on my balcony soaking in the sun and continuing the conversation.

“What next?”
“Body hurts”
“Okay.”

And so I started by just circling my hips, feeling where the tension seems more pressing, and allowing to open, to connect to those parts that feel vulnerable. And slowly I found myself little by little willing to do more, to give myself more attention, presence and care.
And used all the tools I had. I stretched, rolled, tapped and rocked my body until it felt lighter.

And as I was coming to an end, I didn’t want to stop. Because it felt so good looking after myself.

I often invite my students to do a check in before each practice. How can you tend to yourself today?

Go deeper to the root of what you’re sensing and be supportive of whatever your finding. Get honest about it.
Pema Chodron talks about inviting emotions in, as a guest — “Hello, old friend”.

So if you wake up feeling tired maybe it’s time to ask yourself a few question:

“Are you truly tired? Or is it something else?”

“Are you tired of doing too much? Or not enough?”

“What would help?”

And believe me the answers will come as long as you’re willing to listen.

In tune with this morning reflections, I’ll be guiding 2 practices these weekend with the theme - “ Peace is power.”. And it’s not about maintaining peace at all times, because that’s not possible but about the power in learning to return to your peace.

Saturday 12:30pm @ Sambodhi Studio
Sunday 12pm @ Studio Yoga Hugger

Drop me a message if you’d like to join.
