Learning how to care for the pelvic space through therapeutic bodywork reminded me about the WHY, why the pelvis, and why the WOMB? Because it’s a path to feeling WHOLE for a woman, an important structural center in her body woven in the whole fascial web, energetically connected to her heart, carrying the imprints of her stories in its delicate and intricate tissues, also a sacred terrain connected to her spirit and the root of her nervous system.
But I wanted to write this post more as an expression of appreciation and the gratitude I carry for every circumstance that made it possible for me to be a part of the training created by and becoming part of a global web of practitioners in this emerging field.
Choosing Martin as a teacher was an easy choice. Being in this field aka women’s health / pelvic health for almost 13 years now, I know what I’m looking for in a teacher and I know who are the leaders in the field. I like to call Martin a teacher of teachers because it was his research and experience that led to developing protocols of bodywork for women’s health by connecting the dots between various bodywork frameworks and all the ways they can apply to the pelvis and the woman and finding solutions for pelvic health issues like neuralgias, organ prolapse, uterine and cervical alignment, endometriosis, fibroids, cysts, pelvic floor tension, scars and the whole range of issues connected to the womb.
Ofcourse this work belongs in women’s hands which is why I appreciate even more that he is sharing his experience and genius through these trainings. I feel really lucky to have been taught the foundations of this work by you and I aspire that one day I might be able to be a teacher for your method myself and contribute to the number of practitioners in this part of the world in the benefit of women’s health and wholeness.
Also .rose.161 you have been like an actual rose at the table, contributing with your grace and feminine touch to our learning. 🤍
Thank you for holding a space full of love for us and for the women that were part of the fabric of this experience. Looking forward to witnessing your work ♥️
