Frittata in Spanish
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 3 pcs.
Onions - 1 pc.
Bulgarian red pepper - 1 pc.
Egg - 4 pcs.
Ham - 100 g
Cheese - 30 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Cut the onions into rings. Fry in vegetable oil.
2. Cut the pepper into cubes, add to onions and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes.
4. Cut the ham into cubes.
5. Add potatoes to peppers and onions and fry until golden brown. Salt and pepper.
6. Beat eggs, add ham to them.
7. Put the vegetables in the baking dish.
8. Pour the egg mixture onto the vegetables. Bake in a preheated to 180-200 degrees oven for 10-13 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
