Project Coordinator – Rope Access
Location: Al Khobar
Employment Type: Full-time
The Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our rope access operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment. You will work closely with Project Managers, supervisors, technicians, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate planning and scheduling of rope access projects
Assist with preparation of project documentation including JSA, SWMS, risk assessments, and rescue plans
Coordinate technician schedules, certifications, and site requirements
Liaise with clients regarding site access, permits, inductions, and scheduling
Arrange equipment, materials, transport, and accommodation for site teams
Maintain project records, daily reports, timesheets, and safety documentation
Support project cost tracking, invoicing, and variations
Ensure compliance with IRATA standards and company safety procedures
Experience in project coordination, administration, or operations (construction, industrial, or rope access preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent documentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Safety-focused mindset
Rope access industry experience
Knowledge of WHS / OH&S systems
Experience working with permits to work and high-risk activities
