The baby moves. The pelvis adapts.

During labor, the pelvis doesn’t work the same way in every stage.
Each level of the pelvis needs different movements.

Early labor – pelvic inlet (upper pelvis):
When the baby is still high, the goal is opening the pelvis symmetrically.
Movements that open both sides at the same time help create space for the baby to engage.

Mid labor – mid pelvis:
As the baby descends, asymmetric movements become important.
One side at a time helps the pelvis adjust and guides the baby through the mid pelvis.

Late labor – pelvic outlet (lower pelvis):
When the baby is low, space is created differently.
👉 Knees in + feet out (internal rotation)
This helps open the pelvic outlet and supports the final descent.

Birth is not about random exercises.
It’s about the right movement at the right time.

A doctor cannot tell you the best position to give birth.
And that’s not a problem that’s how birth works.

✨You are the one who feels your body.
The best birth position is the one that relieves pain, helps the baby move down, and makes sense in your body in that moment.

That’s why the path is not waiting for someone to tell you what to do.
It’s studying about birth,
testing movements during pregnancy,
understanding your body,
training mobility, breathing, and positions.

And most importantly:
choosing a medical team that allows and respects your movement.

✨When a woman is not allowed to move, change positions, or listen to her body…
birth tends to be longer, harder, and more exhausting.

Movement is not a trend.
Movement is physiology.
Movement is respect for a body that knows how to give birth.

✨ Birth is not improvised.
It is studied, prepared, and lived with autonomy.
