A Significant Milestone in Petro Rabigh's Financial Transformation
As part of its financial transformation initiatives, Petro Rabigh has successfully reduced its accumulated losses to 39.94% of its capital, following a capital increase supported by the founding shareholders. Additionally, the company undertook an early repayment of 3.7 billion Saudi Riyals of its Phase Two loans, thereby reinforcing its financial position and alleviating its financing obligations. These initiatives contribute to the company's sustainability and enhance its financial efficiency.

في إطار جهودها للتحول المالي، تمكنت بترورابغ من تقليص خسائرها المتراكمة إلى 39.94% من رأس المال، وذلك بفضل زيادة رأس المال المدعومة من المساهمين المؤسسين. كما قامت الشركة بسداد مبكر قدره 3.7 مليار ريال سعودي من قروض المرحلة الثانية، مما يعزز قوتها المالية ويخفف من الأعباء التمويلية. تساهم هذه الخطوات في دعم استدامتها وتحسين كفاءتها المالية.
