Golfer’s Elbow Rehab | The 3-Minute Rehab Series

Struggling with inner elbow pain? This 3-minute rehab routine is designed to reduce pain, improve tendon strength, and restore function in Golfer’s Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis).

✅ Exercises included:

1️⃣ Wrist Flexors Isometric Hold
• Hold: 10–15 seconds
• Reps: 8–10

2️⃣ Wrist Flexors Eccentric Strengthening
• Reps: 12–15

3️⃣ Wrist Flexors Stretching
• Hold: 20–30 seconds
• Reps: 5–8

⚠️ Perform all exercises slowly and pain-free. Mild discomfort is acceptable, but stop if pain increases.

In this short video, I’ll show you 3 effective rehab exercises from The 3-Minute Rehab Series:

1️⃣ Wrist extensor isometric hold
Hold for 15–20 seconds, 8–10 reps

2️⃣ Wrist extensor eccentric loading
Perform 12–15 reps

3️⃣ Wrist extensor stretch
Hold for 15–20 seconds, 5–8 reps

Perform pain-free and stay consistent for best results.
