Granuloma annulare, is a granulomatous disorder of the skin predominantly affecting the adult population and is associated with diabetes mellitus, dyslipidaemia, thyroid disease, and malignancy. Hydroxychloroquine is the best initial systemic therapy; given at a dose of 200-400 mg/ day.
