TORTA DE BROWNIE

Ingredientes: - 3 huevos - 1 clara de huevo - 1/3 cda. de mantequilla de almendras - 1/3 de agua potable - Un chorrito de vainilla - 1 y 1/2 taza de edulcorante cero calorías - 200 gr. de tableta de chocolate oscuro sin azúcar derretido - 1 taza de harina de coco o harina de almendras o de avena - 1 cdta. de polvo para hornear - 3/4 de taza de cacao en polvo sin azúcar Preparación: 1. Precalienta el horno a 350 ºF. 2. En un bol, mezcla los huevos, el mantequilla de almendras, el edulcorante y la vainilla. 3. Agrega todos los ingredientes secos y ve añadiendo agua mientras revuelves. 4. Vierte la mezcla en un molde cuadrado. 5. Hornea por 25 minutos.

☀️🌡HELADO DE ARANDANO Y PLATANO🍌🫐

El arándano 🫐es uno de los alimentos con mayor contenido de antioxidantes, vitamina C, potasio y fibra, asimismo, además el consumo de este fruto fortalece el sistema inmunitario.

El plátano 🍌es uno de los alimentos con un gran contenido en potasio, fibra, inulina, vitamina C y B6 fundamentales para evitar la oxidación prematura de nuestras células y proteger nuestro cuerpo de los radicales libres a los que está expuesto durante el día a día.

Leche de nuez muy rica en oligoelementos, vitamina C, vitaminas del grupo B, lecitina y ácidos grasos omega 3 (poliinsaturados). Excelente para regular los niveles de colesterol y mejorar la circulación sanguínea, dos de las razones por las que se la considera cardiosaludable, aparte que le aporta una buena cantidad de proteína a nuestro helado,🍨

Facilísimo y rápido de hacer, con una batidora de mano sale totalmente cremoso.
La fruta deberá estar congelada por 24h.🍨☀️
