Nelly’s athletic journey has taken her from being an elite swimmer, to a dedicated CrossFit athlete, and now to fully focusing on Hyrox.
”I did HYROX for the first time in Stockholm in March 2023—it was supposed to be a fun trial race that qualified me for the World Championships. Since then, I’ve participated in 3 World Championships and a bunch of races, in all different formats—Women’s Doubles PRO, Mixed Doubles, and Singles.
I love the sport and am dedicated to becoming as good as possible to see how far I can go. I’m ready to give it my all!”
”I’m extremely meticulous in my training and have been on top of my nutrition. But after testing Vitargo , I’ve realized I’ve been too low on carbohydrates—and GOOD carbohydrates—for my training volume.
Now I feel the difference and the energy to really push as hard as I should in every session! Even if it’s the second one of the day!
