My recent hike I found challenging going up the hill. It reminded me of the grief I experienced. Exhausted by the grief and the head talk. Take the time to rest before moving forward again. One step at a time. Look up and be grateful for the sun, for nature for the people around you. focus on inspiring people, not the chaos in your head. join like minded groups who enjoy life not walk in misery of the grief. We are all worth living a peaceful rewarding life. Even through chaos and challenges of life.
