Rasasi Qasamat Rasana: I have read a little of everything about this one, I read it’s a dupe for Nishane’s Hacivat (nope); for Creed Aventus (also not 😅); for Aventus for her (again, no 👎) the truth, however, is, as always, in the middle! This is really strongly inspired by all of those scents but in fact it is an original creation: a citrus dominant fragrance with a strong sillage and projection, this features a complex yet sophisticated leather accord (I know to some people might be scary!) and cypriol oil, a very distinct aromatic scent that does not always appeal to everyone, reason for which this is not a perfect blind buy. This is a citrus but can easily be used in the winter time because of the woods and aromatic accents, which totally make it unisex and very versatile. As you can see from the dent this is a go to for my husband and for me who share this bottle…please also don’t be scared of the Oud listed in here, there is barely any and if so it’s well blended in the woods of the base!

Armani Acqua di Gioia: I am not an expert of vintage perfumes but this is, in fact, one that I would recommend to get vintage if you can, you can recognize the original formula by the dark green round cap (like in my picture) while the newer version comes with a light green pebble looking one…this is the edp but if you find the edt in the frosted bottle that one is great as well. This is one of my go to summer scents, a great creation by Dominque Ropion…Top notes are Lemon and Mint; middle note is Water Jasmine; base notes are Cedar, labdanum and Brown sugar. A fresh watery floral that smells like a fresh dewy flower field in the early morning. Very clean and elegant, sweet without being cloying and in this particular formulation has a great lasting power and scent bubble too! I’m very fond of this scent profile, so mass appealing and stunning, I will definitely always keep it in my perfume collection. Do you know this perfume? What do you think about it? A classic timeless scent that perfectly fits the clean girl aesthetics is the French perfume Chloe by Chloe, the epitome of a fresh dewy and soapy rose, great year around and very crowd pleasing this has been a best seller for ages for a very good reason! Do you want to smell the same but for just a fraction of the price? Try Lidl Suddenly Chalou (3-4€/100ml in Lidl stores!) the bottle is really nothing special but I promise you won’t be disappointed with the scent! Is it identical? No, but to me it’s a very similar dupe and a very good alternative especially if you don’t have a vintage bottle of Chloe you are definitely better off with this one than with the original.
I recommend this 10/10 👌

If you like Guerlain Terracotta, Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess or Songes you should check this out: Tiare (now on sale!) Top notes are Ylang-Ylang, Lily-of-the-Valley, Cyclamen and Bergamot; middle notes are Tiare Flower, Coconut Milk and Damask Plum; base notes are Vanilla, White Musk, Cedar and Moss.

I normally don’t go for such sweet scents in the heat of summer but I find the combo Ylang-Frangipani has a very alluring tropical vibe that gives off that suntan monoi lotion. Lasting power not the best but can easily be layered with the other products from the line (lotion,body butter and shower gel) or sprayed on clothes for a longer impression😊

This has the typical vanilla base of Erbolario fragrances and if you are into that you should also try Cocco 🥥 a coconut vanilla, however if you don’t like sweet scents this is definitely not for you!

I am honest I wouldn’t have bought it if it wasn’t on sale, the bottle is very purse friendly and easy to pack with you. As all the Erbolario fragrances you should be able to find it also in a 10ml travel spray 😉

A perfect marine aquatic perfume on a budget (under 25€!) is Fiore dell’Onda by just as the name suggests this scent captures the scent of the sea 🌊 mineral, tangy, aquatic, fresh and natural, like breathing in the sea breeze after a storm, this has hints of citruses but also algae and watercolor flowers listed in the notes…The little sister of Montale Sandflower, Reminiscence Rem and Aqua Motu by Comptoir Sud Pacifique for a fraction of the price. Totally unisex as well.
If you are unsure and want to test it I can recommend the travel size (15ml for under 10€ in a handy spray travel vial).
This also has a complete line of body care to go with it.
I can definitely recommend it for the high heat and for any summer vacation by the pool/beach! ☀️👙😎🌊⛱️🏝️

Lattafa Ishq Al Shuyukh Gold is part of the newly released Lattafa Pride collection, featuring a premium line of fragrances that come in ‘silver&gold’ pairings matching a male and a female version of each!
I had heard this being compared with Rosendo Mateu nr.5 (a very powerful musky floral amber)so I decided I had to try and see if it was true 😊 I have only compared with RM nr.5 older formulations/batches! At first spray I did not connect the two fragrances at all! Rosendo Mateu is way sharper and more intense featuring a very powerful metallic musk and a challenging rubber like scent that I personally find a bit off putting…but in the drydown these two are very similar indeed! Best of all…the price is just so good for the quality! I even prefer Ishq Al Shuyukh to Rosendo Mateu nr 5, cause the metallic feel is much more subdued! What does it smell like exactly!? Check my previous unboxing and review to read more and get a full comparison…It’s a gourmand leather amber with a powerful musky base, notes listed are caramel, saffron, tonka, suede, amber, vanilla and musk…This isn’t a warm amber but it does feel very enveloping and luscious.
All in all this is one of the most ‘oriental’ feeling fragrances I own and one that for sure is very complex and interesting! Sillage and projection are very strong and the lasting power on skin is so strong that you can definitely feel it even after a shower! This is definitely a scent that will be noticed by people around you so go easy on the trigger!
I would not advise you to blind buy this one, but if you already know and love RM nr.5 then you might want to give this one a try!

Solar notes is one of those abstract concepts in perfumery that is not easy to pinpoint: some think these notes give tropical/coconut/sun lotion vibes, others think these notes must have a summery and warm accord, Sunray by H&M is to me the perfect incarnation of Solar notes, a beautiful fruity floral without bordering into sunscreen…I wore this paired with my midsummer dress during the midsummer celebrations (reapplying generously from time to time!) and it was the perfect combination of feminine&flirty at the same time not too cloying for the heat! The 20ml bottles are so cute and handy to pack with you in a purse! I can’t recommend this enough! 😊 you can find it for under 10$ on the H&M website and to me this is one of the best ones from this range!

Alive Now by Maison Alhambra is a solid perfume dupe for Mugler’s Angel Nova. This scent is a flanker of Angel which really shares nothing of the original Angel dna and instead is focused on a musky and tart litchy and raspberry rose with a great scent bubble and longevity! This is a beast mode perfume and a compliment getter, however not a scent for everybody, I know Angel Nova to be a love or hate, as it can be easily overwhelming to some. Alive now is slightly less musky and sharp scent, with a slightly sweeter note of raspberry, at first sniff Angel Nova projects really strongly, in comparison Alive now is much softer and less musky, I would anyway say it is also is a great performer and a beautiful scent to wear in the spring/summer! The similarity is strong. Gives me always happy feminine vibes and feels a very pink playful Barbie scent. 😊I would recommend this to a younger lady especially paired with a pretty pink dress! 💅🏻

Dupe alert‼️ Did you, like me, fall hopelessly in love with Ex Nihilo Fleur Narcotique but you can’t afford the $$$ price tag?
Try Narcotic Flower from Alhambra, for almost a tenth of the price it delivers an incredibly close dupe (although not as performing!)

Qaed al Fursan Unlimited is a perfect scent for summer…tropical cocktail sort of feel with a lactonic vanilla in the base. Unlike its brother Qaed al Fursan that is oudy with a prominent pineapple note hence gives a little more masculine vibes, this one has a creamy coconut milk and although it also has pineapple listed it is definitely blended in a smooth way with the citruses and floral notes of Ylang Ylang and Frangipani…giving a piña colada sort of feel! You can pick up a bottle for less than 30$ and it even has a magnetic cap and a beautiful presentation. What not to like?
The drydown is musky and vanillic reminding me slightly of Montblanc Signature and all those musky creamy vanilla scents…sillage is close to skin and longevity 4-6 hours on me but it’s a very pleasant easy to wear scent and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who loves a tropical concoction!

☀️Summer is one of those seasons that call out for tropical fruits, coconut, tiare, citruses! Coco Bergamote is definitely one of my favorite summer wears! I really enjoy this edt which I discovered in a blind test with (it was my top pick out of many fragrances!) and since then I knew I needed to have a full bottle! This smells so refined and delicious, I believed this was a niche scent for sure! it’s not only a citrus or a coconut scent, it has layers of sweetness, vanilla, fruits and tropical flavors! The bottle might not look like anything special but this is a scent I have been looking forward to enjoy and wear…the lasting power is surprisingly good for an edt and I have already received compliments wearing it!
I almost want to collect all of the ones from this line: I already have Fresia&Coton and Vanille Saffran just found out they came out with a new Monoi one that I am dying to try! The best is the price point: 28€ for 100ml is amazing for a niche brand!
