Germa MRP pillow (Motion Restriction Pillow) continues to receive great interest and attention from professional ambulance services and users — paramedics. The MRP pillow brings requested functions and features according to latest medical studies and protocol for trauma patients care.

New medical studies in combination with the development of new trauma guidelines has been the base for the need of new medical technical equipment that has the capacity to support these new guidelines and patient care. Introduction of the MRP– pillow including requested functions and features has been very well received over and over again. We at AB GERMA are very proud and pleased to announce that our safety belt system for infants has been recognized as the winner of the EMS World Expo Innovation Award 2019.
This after being nominated as one out of after twenty nominated contributions selected.
A very big thank you to Ferno US for submitting the Kangoofix grant to this innovation award. 😁

We would like to share our final part of user experiences and why using Kangoofix, Professional medical trained paramedics in Road and Air-ambulance transports of Neonatal and new born babies sharing their experiences with us.

How do you think the child feels to have to be transported by Kangoofix?
I am convinced that the child and the mother feel secure and safe in the situation with Kangoofix transport. If there are no
other psychological factors of the mother.

Would you recommend to use Kangoofix to other potential users of the road or air ambulances, with your
motivations, please. ?
The connection is very important, close contact. One should not separate the mother and baby unless it is absolutely
necessary. I can fully recommend Kangoofix for ambulance transports with babies in this weight class, whether it is about
road or air-ambulance. Medical monitoring works well in combination with Kangoofix and the baby feel most secure and safe together with the mother, for me important. It also makes me as responsible transportation nurse, feel safe and secure.
