Another lovely day massaging at . It may have been -2 and snowy outside but we had a cosy room, a heated table, candles and steamed hand towels! Was like a mini spa in Sundbyberg. Eleni gifted me a pink apron that matched my painting. I think I will aim for full pink in this space. Welcome for massage bookings before Christmas every Friday in Sundbyberg and Tues/Thurs evenings in Blackeberg. Gift vouchers also available for last minute Christmas presents. 🙏🏻💖✨

Our lovely community quilt is finished and hanging up in the heart of Sjöhuset. We were a group of diverse women who each created a patch to be pieced together in our unique creation. Everyone is an individual and has a unique expression of their soul. Textiles is therapy. We all have a story to share. Nobody is the same. Nobody is perfect. What is homeopathy? A very simple explanation of a very powerful modality!

Your vitality is your inner energy source and when it’s weakened you experience dis-ease… your body shows symptoms to help bring awareness to the problem ~ to be able to heal it. Homeopathy is an energetic form of medicine from naturally derived materials. A homeopath listens to you explain how you are feeling and finds a remedy, to help bring you back to balance.

The philosophy is based on Like Cures Like and this means the remedy that helps you heal matches the symptoms you have. Meaning when the remedy was proved on a healthy person they showed the symptoms of that remedy ~ which it can in turn help heal when given to a person with those symptoms. All these symptoms from the remedies are contained in the Materia Medica which have been recorded since the 1800s when homeopathy was founded by Dr Hahnemann. A homeopath is like a detective looking for clues to find the best matching remedy for you. The remedies are highly diluted and succussed (meaning shaken vigorously) so that each drop or pill contains an energetic imprint of the original substance. So the remedy can be given very gently and without any nasty side effects and gradually restore the vital force.

Homeopathy can help with acute issues that have happened recently like a cough, cold, minor injury like bumps, bruises, aches & sprains or an upset tummy for example …and can also help with long standing chronic issues that have affected you over the years such as migraines, period pain, chronic fatigue, digestive disorders or stresses and emotional upset.
