Wellness anywhere means safety. .in the tropics the heat can drain you fast, and there are tips the locals use to keep chill during those intense seasons. Hydration isnt just water...it includes water based foods of the Earth too.
These also replace necessary electrolytes.
🧘♀️ Slow down and listen to your body. There are many trees, and many beautiful sitspots.
🧢 Protect skin and eyes — the sun reflects stronger near water
🕰️ Plan movement outside the hottest hours. get up early and chase the sun. Dont swim in the ocean, creek, river, any any natural body of water that isnt deemed cros safe. There is no such thing up there as croc safe anyway. Summer has deadly jeallyfish, I was curious to leaen about..Dont swim in the ocean unless you know what you are doing.

Rest is productive.
