The session is tailored to your personal needs of balancing and alignment during any big transition period that you are going through in your life.

Happy New Year of the Fire Horse🔥🐎, from me and my "Ice ❄️🐎 Horse" in these piccies from just a few weeks back! 😍 We had about -15 degrees Celcius that morning. ❄️☀️❄️

I introduce to you, the lovely Zansibar and friends. 🥰 Zansibar is a nearly 22-year-old gelding from my riding school in the countryside near Uppsala. I love him dearly, he is such a sweet soul, who still loves being ridden. The hours I spend at the stables every Saturday morning are my favourite moments of the week. I feel so blessed every time I am there. And even more blessed to share those moments with my youngest son, 10 years old, who almost always comes with me. I take him to his riding class every Thursday too, so we get a lot of time with the horses. 🥰🙏 ❤️

Letting you know also that my convalescence after my surgery is proving harder and longer than I thought, I am still on sick leave, still needing to take it very, very gently. My body demands it, there is no escaping it. Deep breath in, deep breath out. Patience, patience, patience ... trust, trust, trust... I will get there. All is well. ✨️🤍☀️❄️

I hope you are having a good transition into the year of the Fire Horse! Don't be surprised if the Fire Horse begins by serving up possibilities for intense and high speed healing of old wounds - I had that happen myself only yesterday! Be present, take the opportunities given to you. 🙏💜✨️

🩷❤️‍🔥💕 Thank you so much for all your loving thoughts and prayers for my recovery. My surgery went well and after a few days of total bed rest I could take my first short walk outside in the sunshine and the snow today. 🩷❄️☀️ I am on full sick leave for another 2,5 weeks, so I will be rather quiet here on social media, but I wanted to pop in and say hi and let you know I am ok under the circumstances. 💖❤️💛
