Classes are kept small to ensure the participants fully benefit from the session in terms of healing and wellness. Bookings are strictly on a first-come-first-serve basis. A Safe and Nurturing Sound Healing Sanctuary for Expecting Mothers.

At our sound healing studio we intentionally create a space where expecting mothers feel safe supported and deeply at ease. Every detail of the environment is thoughtfully designed to honor the delicate and sacred journey of pregnancy.

Our studio offers a calm private and nurturing setting with comfortable resting arrangements gentle lighting and a peaceful atmosphere that allows the body to fully relax. Sessions are guided slowly and mindfully ensuring the mother feels supported physically emotionally and energetically throughout the experience.

For pregnancy sessions we carefully curate smoothing binaural sound frequencies that are soft stable and grounding. These frequencies support nervous system regulation emotional balance and deep relaxation without overstimulation.

The gentle sound waves help the mother release tension anxiety and fatigue while encouraging a sense of safety and inner calm.

As the mother relaxes her breath softens and her qi flow naturally regulates. This harmonious flow supports circulation grounding and emotional stability creating a soothing internal environment that the baby can sense and benefit from.

Many mothers share that their babies respond with calm movements and restful presence during and after the session.

Sound healing during pregnancy supports bonding intuitive connection and a deeper awareness between mother and infant. When the mother is calm regulated and present the baby receives this state as safety nourishment and comfort.

We are deeply grateful for the trust expecting mothers and families have placed in us throughout the year. It is an honor to hold space for this beautiful chapter of life and to walk alongside you with care intention and respect.

Before our journey begins, we gently guide you into a mindful breath practice. This centers your awareness, clearing the surface of the mind so the resonant vibrations may travel deeper to the quiet spaces within where true transformation resides, where habits soften, emotions find release, and limiting beliefs gently unravel.

The heart of our gathering is a 60-minute immersive sound meditation. You will be lovingly guided through a tapestry of sacred acoustics, woven from the celestial tones of crystal and metal singing bowls, the shimmering clarity of chimes, the deep flow of the ocean drum, the expansive waves of the gong, ancestral vocal overtones, and the grounding pulse of the shamanic drum.

Each instrument is introduced with intention, building a sustained and harmonious field of vibration. Within this collective container, you will also receive individualized sound attention, a personal resonance crafted for your unique energy and needs.

This experience is designed to help you return to your center to feel profoundly grounded and spiritually clear. It is an invitation to reconnect with your inner compass, to align with what truly matters, and to emerge with a renewed sense of purpose, direction, and inner peace.

Your comfort is essential to this inner journey. We invite you to dress in a way that allows for complete surrender. While supportive yoga mats are provided, you are encouraged to bring any items a cozy blanket, a plush cushion, a personal talisman that will help you create your own sacred, nurturing space for restoration.

A heartfelt thank you to GROHE Singapore for the invitation to create a calming sound journey with their Innovative quality showers for luxurious revitalisation and wellbeing.

Bringing Sound frequencies into the presence of Grohes Aquasymphony was a truly special experience where two natural elements met in perfect flow.

The gentle movement of water awakened the senses while the vibrations of sound guided guests into release balance and deep relaxation. Together they formed a serene rhythm a space where the mind could soften and the body could restore.
