After recovering from a cough that lasted a month, I am back to brisk walking. Covered a shorter distance today - 10km
I am very grateful to Francis, he was the 1st person I walked with. Since then, I love brisk walking and now I inspire more to move out of their comfortable zone to lead a healthy lifestyle + Balancing their nutrition.
