Thank you dear Aud 🤍

I know not everyone will see things the way I do - in coaching or even in life. Some might think I’m a bit dramatic, some might feel I care too much about my clients.

But honestly, when someone pays for sessions, it’s trust. Trust that a coach will look after their body well and be responsible for their progress. So of course I feel it when I can’t deliver as planned, that’s why I’ll always try to make up for it and make sure every session counts.

Thank you for always supporting me - not just in coaching, but in life too. And for celebrating my birthday in advance 🥹 it really means a lot.

I’ll be honest — my schedule planning hasn’t been great lately, and I’ve been feeling like I’m on the verge of giving up.

Some clients have been really understanding, and I’m grateful for that. But I’ve also received long messages questioning whether I’m genuinely unwell or just rescheduling sessions. That part has been tough.

The truth is, I don’t have much support right now. My husband isn’t always reachable due to work, I don’t have family here, and with two young kids (4 & 8), things can get overwhelming — especially when there’s a change at home.

I love what I do. I’ve rarely taken MC in my entire career, and even when I’m unwell, I still try to show up in some way.

Right now, I’m just in a phase where I need a little more understanding, not pressure.

I’m doing my best to recover, reset, and come back stronger. 🤍

This week didn’t go as planned…

After welcoming my new helper on 16th April, I thought I could finally resume coaching as per usual. However, I started experiencing severe stomach cramps that no amount of food could ease.

The pain came every night — waking up feeling like intense gastric discomfort, followed by nausea, palpitations, and diarrhea. It was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The doctor suspects it may be due to long-term use of NSAIDs (I had been taking Naproxen for headaches), combined with irregular meals over the past 7 weeks when I had no help at home.

During that period, I often skipped meals or lost my appetite, which likely caused stomach acid to build up and irritate my gut.

Things escalated to the point where I had to call an ambulance. Even the journey to the hospital was exhausting, just slight head movements made the nausea worse.

I’m currently on medication for the next 7 days and closely monitoring my condition. I am diagnosed with Peptic Ulcer Disease so eating has been difficult, as heavier meals tend to trigger discomfort and diarrhea.

I’ll be taking this week off from coaching to focus fully on recovery. I’ll also be reaching out to all my clients personally later today.

Pushing through right now would only delay things further, and I want to come back properly next week.

Thank you so much for all the love and messages checking in on me — I truly appreciate it ❤️. See you all next week 💪🏼

I don’t train just for aesthetics, I train for quality of life.

To move without pain, to stay independent as I age, to have the energy to work, care for family, and still live my day fully.

Exercise is not a punishment for the body.
It’s preparation for life.

Strong body, capable mind, better living — that’s the goal 💪🏼

Sometimes burnout lasts so long it feels like normal life. The exhaustion. The cynicism. The disengagement.

The way out starts by realizing this isn’t who you are - it’s what you’ve been
carrying.

Something I’ve recently been pondering about.

Exercise has many well-known benefits that have nothing to do with burning calories. It can help reduce depression, enhance muscle tone, strength, and flexibility, lower insulin levels, improve digestion so your body absorbs nutrients better, boost motivation, and simply make you feel good.

However, none of these benefits will last if exercise is viewed as a punishment. When movement feels forced or used as “payment” for food, people are far more likely to give up after just a few weeks.

That’s why I always emphasize that exercise is more than just burning calories. Together, we will find ways for you to move your body that feel enjoyable, sustainable, and truly good - both physically and mentally.

Recently, I met a few people who asked, “Do I need to continue working on my training program even if I am fully recovered?” and “How long do I have to exercise to achieve my fitness goals?”

As an experienced fitness coach or personal trainer, I am here to help you start exercising safely and guide you on your fitness journey.

It’s important to remember that nothing in life is permanent, just like people may come and go.

However, exercise is a lifelong practice that combats age-related decline, maintains physical and mental health, and significantly reduces the risk of chronic diseases and early death. Regular physical activity builds muscle and bone density, boosts energy, improves brain function, and enhances mood all essential for graceful aging and a higher quality of life at any age. By maintaining a healthy body and mind, exercise allows you to enjoy daily activities and live a longer, more vibrant life.

I’ve come to a point where I will never say no to exercise in my life. Instead, I strive to influence those around me—my family members and clients. I will always make time for it because it’s an essential part of a healthy lifestyle!
