There is such a shift in what prioritising our well-being looks when we step into Motherhood!

With less time, higher demands, a shift in identity, it can be so overwhelming to think about where to begin with our physical and mental well being.

I went through this shift after having both of my babies and let me tell you, it requires and open mind and some flexibility 🙋🏼‍♀️

For me there is no end goal! It’s just a constant practise of showing up for myself, and each and every day creating pockets of time where I JUST prioritise my well-being.

I’m a better mother, partner, friend and general human being when I do!

Home; A feeling 💫

We’ve been telling Teddy that he has a home he just has nowhere to put it yet 🤍

While we await our next chapter in Singapore we’ve had this crazy but incredible opportunity to live a nomadic lifestyle.

I never thought that I would be doing this at 31 years old with 2 small children, but that was a story I had told myself.

The truth is, anything is possible if you say yes and back really yourself.

It doesn’t mean it’s easy but is always worth it, anything on the other side of fear always is.

Grateful every day for this opportunity, the memories and the support we have had from our friends and family over the past 4 months.

Baby free + blooms 🌸

Soaking in the British summer, catch ups with friends, family time and this crazy nomad life we are currently living.

In the last 3 months we’ve travelled from
HK ✈️ to NZ ✈️ to UK and our next stop is our new home in Singapore.

Never did I ever think I would be living this life with 2 gorgeous babies, my ❤️ and a business I get to take with me on the journey.

Grateful for it all and getting to support the women I do as I go is everything 💫

Are your beliefs blocking your motivation? 🙈👇🏻😵‍💫

A limiting belief is a belief that prevents us from achieving what we want to achieve.

Limiting beliefs are created predominantly from our internal world, through conditioning, what we consume and what we believe to be true.

These beliefs are run by our lizard brain which is the part of our brain which is in charge of fight, flight, freeze + fear.

This part of our brain is designed to keep us safe.

To tell us the hard thing should be avoided.

Physical activity particularly in the postpartum period of our lives considered A HARD THING.

Mama, its time to re- programme our brain to associate physical activity with a positive experience.

Mama, let me let you into something…..

The goal isnt about the thing, its about the feeling.

So Mama, my question to you is:

“How do you want to feel everyday?”

WHAT IS YOUR WHY?

When struggling with motivation, a quick way to give your self a quick boost is to ALWAYS come back to your why.

If you aren’t sure, just ask yourself how do you want to feel today?

And WHY is it important that you feel this way?

How would the woman that has already achieved your desired goal show up today, not only to reach her goals but to honor herself in every way.
(Including the days where she is tired, including the days where she is stressed.)

Results come from consistently taking action towards who we want to be!

What one thing could you do today to say yes to you?!
