Here are some different foods that you can try to help improve your brain!
1. Eggs 🥚

2. Wild Salmon 🍣
Wild Salmon is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids; which improves mood, memory and concentration!
3. Spinach 🥬
Spinach contains folate, a type of B-vitamin; which helps to improve memory and concentration!
4. Tomato 🍅
Tomato is rich in lycopine, a powerful antioxidant; it helps to improve brain function.
5. Bananas 🍌
Bananas contain vitamin B6, potassium and folic acid; all which helps to increase serotonin, a chemical that is known to contribute to a person’s wellbeing and happiness, as well as boost mood!
