Chinese New Year Reflection 🧧✨

Chinese New Year isn’t just about hitting “reset.” It’s about coming home — to family, to tradition, to the roles we quietly step back into.

Yes, it’s a fresh start with new goals and energy. But it’s also about lineage:
- Family dinners 🍲
- Ancestral rituals 🙏
- Red packets passed down through generations ❤️

While the calendar flips, some patterns stay. Who we become around family, what we take on, what we keep silent about. Not always by choice, but because it’s familiar.

This year, let’s set intentions *and* gently notice:
What parts of our story are truly ours?
What’s been handed down quietly?

Awareness isn’t about blame. It’s about choice. Sometimes renewal means carrying forward only what feels right, and respectfully leaving the rest behind.
