What is up happy soul!!!

its been a while! tada im back!!! favorite photos from 2020. where i just care about me just for a split second, when i feel the like its about to capture a moment, I'm in that moment then snap right out of it as soon as it clicks.

Real life story. I was in the moment for to long with the wrong intentions, or for the wrong intentions. I've created new future for myself,. i knew I'd would get here. Just had to do what i preached❤❤❤

Boom! what's up happy soul!

anyone feeling down lately? me too.

been an emotional week for your girl of here rollasotser of emotions, one day everyday is great the day next it's all s**t. sometimes even on the same day. Waking up asking myself am I doing the right thing in life, am i pursuing my happiness.

Then i get these messages and texts and friendly reminds out of the blue from friends, strangers checking up on me & telling me to keep going and not to stop, I'm doing a great job 🥰❤ All that gives the courage to slap myself in a face and wake up. stop being the victim, be the victor.

one step at a time my friends keep going.

happy souls gets sad sometimes too. Thank you for all your support! let's be 1% better everyday. we got this.

I'm happy to be alive and not 6 feet under.

anyone out there needs a friend I'm here for you from the bottom of my heart. we are survivors of 2020 😁

What's up happy soul!

I just wanted to share real quick about drinking ketones,

It's helped me change my life, feeling confident, I'm so much more fun! Super social now 😄 and i definitely feel like I've inspired at least one person watching.

Smiling and being positive daily is so much easier then being upset, and worried all the time. Loosen up a little, care more about yourself rather then thinking about what other I have to say about you. Rise! Get yourself out of the cloudy head and deep hole!

eyyyyy!!! what's up happy soul!

Bird of Paradise pose challenges your focus, balance, strength and flexibility. It's one of the more difficult poses to do well, since it demands so much from the body. This pose strengthens the standing leg, ankle, knee and thigh. This pose strengthens the legs, improves balance, opens the groins and hamstrings.

first photo was months back where i couldn't extend my leg without falling,

second photo was yesterday whoooo!!! leg extended 🤣😅 now I'll be working on getting it straighter

One-Legged Chair Pose improves core strength and balance, opens the hips, and strengthens the legs. You are stretching your outer hips and gluteal muscles while using the hamstrings, quadriceps, and gluteus maximus. ... In everyday life, it is good to have well-toned legs and a better sense of balance to prevent falls.

End of the month is just around the corner, one of my favorite month of the year, September took over me just a little. It didn't go as i planned at all,. but hey I'm still here going at it cause i know it will all pay off.

To anyone reading this and struggling in life, feel you!!! Your not alone.

What's up happy soul! ⬇️

Here are 3 stretches to prepare for a lotus pose.

Butterfly pose
Baby cradle pose
Frog pose

Benefits of Lotus Pose:
Opens up the hips.
Stretches the ankles and knees.
Calms the brain.
Increases awareness and attentiveness.
Keeps the spine straight.
Helps develop good posture.
Eases menstrual discomfort and sciatica.
Helps keeps joints and ligaments flexible

and my favorite...
i sit in the lotus pose and all i hear are my inner thoughts even when chaos is in the room with me.

Hello happy soul!

long weekend in Canada...
how did you spend it? relaxing? camping? beach? hike? did you move around kept your energy and blood going?

Can you make memories and get the temporary fun going while your still hustling?
are you still being a better you everyday even when you want to be just like everyone else by following the crowd?
or are you working hard even when no one is looking?

this guy here is my brother, didn't think he was that cool (ahahaha), little did i know he's got that movitvation, he's got the brains a will power to over come what ever he wants to pour his energy into. thanks kuya for sticky by me right or wrong, left or right, say YES and learn along the way ❤💥👊🏾🙌🏾

The ladies Im about to tag, real talk here my heart feels genuine, . important ladies in my life they have supported me in my life, whether it's my careers, my relationship, my emotions. these ladies here, i can pick up the phone at anytime and they will answer, they are the ones i can call when my vehicle breaks down, the ones i can do ugly cries while eat ice cream with, or just hang out and sing kareoke, the ones who will take me clubbing even if im the only one dancing on stage, the ones who trust me alone with their children and fur babies the one i can call my sisters, my mothers. (no practical order all very special in my heart)

From the bottom of my heart I thank you,. you probably don't realise how important you are in my life,. but you are ❤
