One year ago, Mei Ying wrote down one brave goal: “Run 10KM.”
She had never run before. She didn’t believe she could.

I spent years dieting, running to “fix” myself, and hiding when I couldn’t keep up anymore.

But healing began when I stopped chasing aesthetics
and started rebuilding my mental and physical health — slowly, patiently, from the inside out.

That journey led me to my purpose.
To create a space where people could feel supported, understood, and not judged for their struggles.
A place where movement heals, not punishes.

That’s why I built Cornerstone Movement.
To help people reclaim their health the way I reclaimed mine —
with compassion, clarity, and sustainable habits… not extremes.
