There is so much beauty in peace. When you've finally said your piece. When you know all your strength, kindness & loyalty starts with "me".
To my hyper independent ladies, we are not intimidating, we are not emasculating. On days when love is hard, know that no one can love you harder than yourself. And loving yourself means drawing the lines when someone undervalues you, disrespect and refuse to hear you, see you and feel you. And remember anyone incapable of having a verbal conversation about how they hurt you is incapable of emotional maturity. And that is not your job to fix. So, no matter how accomplished or charming they may be. Up and next.

due regard for the feelings, wishes, or rights of others.
Decided that this needs to be a permanent post because some people has a lack of respect for other people's time. You do not give your trainer 1 hour notice to change timing. When we bill you, the clause stated 24 hours before. Anything below that is up to our discretion whether we wish to make an exception or not. Occasionally we might, but we do not tolerate often repeated last minute changes. 1. It throws us off our schedule. 2. You are depriving someone else of that slot resulting in our time wasted aka financial loss. All these terms were given to all of you ahead of time, don't say you don't know. You know, but you just take advantage of our kindness when we offer some. "Reschedule" is up to us, not you, because it is still a no show for the day. Please respect us and our time. I say this all the time, I do not tolerate disrespect even if you're a paying client. Paying me does not give you the right to disrespect me.

Home is where the heart is. Feeling human again after a short break just to detach. Now I feel ready to reconnect with people. Being an introvert means we need our own space sometimes. Extroverting is a skill I acquired, not borne with. How many of yall are the same like that?
