We often use candles to set an intention, or to create a mood for our spaces. Even as more of us return to offices, lighting a candle can be a small, but not insignificant ritual to help our mind and body wind down.

We decided to fill our 2022 reprisal of Nestling with our crowd-favourite Calm in My Soul, a soothing, grounding blend of lavender and cedarwood. Each soy candle burns up to 45 hours and is hand-poured in handmade ceramic cups by Chiyong of .labo, whom we adore. This year, the cups are available on their own, in calming sky blue tones and just a whisper of the glossy, dusky blue that featured in the 2021 iteration. Whether you choose a standalone ceramic cup or one filled with a soy candle, we hope Nestling can bring you moments of comfort far beyond the holiday season.

As we move into the holiday season, we invite you to join us this and next weekend for ART OF WELLNESS at the Asian Civilisations Museum. We'll be at the Asian Apothecary Bazaar ( lobby), where you can discover more makers, chefs, brewers and healers reimagining Asian sources of wellness for holistic modern living.

Our co-founder, Claire, will also be giving a free workshop on Sun, 4 Dec, 2pm. Learn more about how you can blend Asian wisdom with modern psychology interventions for increased wellbeing in this hands-on session, just in time for year-end reflections.

Showers can often feel very routine, but it's one of the few moments in the day when we can pay attention to our body. When we developed our Body Wash, the one thing we absolutely wanted was for it to create a more luxurious, mindful shower experience.

That means a smooth, comfortable texture right out of the bottle, and a creamy lather when you work it over your skin. The gel-like consistency adds nice weight while gliding easily over the skin — we worked hard to get it not too thick, and not too thin. Our Brown Sugar Scrub + golden hour rays = a match made in heaven 🌅 End your day with a slow, relaxing shower as the sun sets. This scrub feels amazing on the skin — we made sure it wasn't too coarse nor too fine, just sizeable enough to really feel like you're sloughing off the day's stresses with each scrub while caring for your skin.
