We have been involved in competitive Dodgeball for over a decade. For years, we’ve heard the same story from the women in our community: they were told that the morning stiffness, the nagging back ache, and the knee pain were just the "tax" of getting older.

But here is the truth we’ve discovered through our work at Christojen: Your body isn't broken; it has simply adapted. Most of what we call "aging" is actually unresolved movement dysfunction and the beautiful thing about an adaptive body is that it can be retrained.

Our mission is evolving to help you do exactly that. We are moving beyond general relief to focus specifically on the longevity and strength of women.

For years, many of you have followed our journey as Christojen. Together, we have helped thousands of people move better and live without pain. But over time, we noticed something important: 80% of the women who came to us shared the exact same story.

They were told that experiencing pain after 40 was simply "just part of aging". Because of this, they kept stretching, resting, and hoping it would eventually go away. But we know the truth—your body didn’t break; it simply adapted.

Knee pain when walking, squatting or exercising? 🦵

Tight muscles around your thighs and hips can pull on your knee joint and cause discomfort. These 3 foam rolling exercises help release tension in your inner thigh, IT band, and quadriceps to improve mobility and reduce knee pain.

Try holding each sore spot for about 2 minutes and breathe through the pressure. Consistency is key!
