Is this a sleep regression… or just normal development?

Here’s what most parents don’t realise.
The only real sleep regression is the 4 month regression.
Everything after that is usually your baby hitting new developmental milestones.

When babies learn to roll, sit, crawl, stand, or babble, their brain is working overtime.
Sleep gets temporarily messy, but nothing is “wrong.”

What to do:
• Keep routines consistent
• Offer comfort without starting new habits
• Let them practise skills during the day
• Protect bedtime
• Trust that this phase passes
