Knees caving in during squats / lunges / Reformer footwork? 👀
It’s usually not your knees… it’s weak glutes (and your body borrowing stability from the wrong place).
✅ Fix it in Pilates:
• Think “press knees out” (track over 2nd–3rd toe)
• Tripod foot: big toe + little toe + heel grounded
• Turn on glute med: “wrap outer hips back”
• Start lighter + slower, then build control
