Drop-ins welcome but please book at least 1 day in advance as the level of each session is adjusted to the level of attendees .

We work on bending, stretching, pulling, pushing. A safe environment to explore and develop your basic strength.

People often say, “I can’t come practice. I have pain, I am injured.”

At Nilayam we believe that there is no injury that should stop you from showing up. And no, we won’t encourage you to push through pains.

We will design a therapeutic sequence based on breath, rehab exercises and simple yoga asana to guide you away from the pain.

There is a lot of research proving that even if you don’t exercise the injured part directly, but engage in movement and breath, the injury will heal faster, compared to not moving your body at all.

Come, and experience the therapeutic benefits of Yoga.
