JOB TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE

Gender: Male/Female (PR/WP, SINGAPOREAN AND MALAYSIAN ONLY)
Age: 22-40 Years Old
Working Location: Ubi Singapore (Needed to travel overseas with the Senior Sales Manager).
Working Hour: Monday β Friday, 9am β 6pm
Salary: $2200 - $3000 + Transport Allowances
- Individual Sales Commission (ISC) to be discussed further during the interview.
- Group Sales Incentive (GSI) to be discussed further during the interview.
- Total Salary 3500-5500 (Basic Salary + Transport Allowances + ISC + GSI)
- 14 days annual leave + Medical reimbursement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ο§ Achieve/exceed assigned account sales targets & gross profit contribution in key accounts.
ο§ Identify development opportunities and increase growth and profitability for target customers.
ο§ Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through Tiktok, Shopee, Wechat and other Social Media platform.
ο§ Engage in product portfolio management and set strategic directions based on customer needs and business goals.
ο§ To undertake any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary for the advancement of the Company.
REQUIREMENTS
β’ A O/A level, Diploma or equivalent, preferably 1-2 years in Food & Beverage sales experience, preferably in condiments but not essential
β’ Ability to conduct sales mapping, Pre-Call Planning and post call review and follow-ups.
β’ A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
β’ Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is preferred but not essential.
