When someone we love is unwell, one of the most powerful things we can offer is care, comfort, and presence. ❤️

I may not be a doctor, and I always value proper medical diagnosis and treatment first. But as an essential oils therapist, I’m grateful to support my loved ones with natural wellness tools that can help them feel more comforted, relaxed, and supported during recovery.

When the air outside feels smoky, stuffy, or heavy, I pay more attention to the environment I create indoors.

My personal go-to is diffusing dōTERRA Breathe + Clearify + a touch of citrus to refresh the space and make home feel cleaner, lighter, and calmer. dōTERRA describes Clearify as cleansing and purifying to the air, and notes that citrus oils like Lemon, Lime, and Wild Orange are excellent for purifying the air when diffused. 

Simple diffuser blend:
3 drops Breathe
3 drops Clearify
2 drop Lemon or Wild Orange

A small ritual, but it makes such a difference on days when the air feels less than ideal.

Essential oils are supportive tools for the indoor environment, best used alongside good ventilation and practical air-quality care.

This month’s DIY Lipstick with Essential Oils Workshop was filled with creativity, laughter, and hands-on fun. Every lady got to create her own customized lipstick and enjoy a beauty experience that was both therapeutic and memorable.

What I love most about this workshop is that it is more than just making lipstick. It is about beauty, self-expression, natural ingredients, and creating something personal with your own hands. A simple shoulder rub can open a beautiful door to connection, care, and sharing 💜

Today I had the joy of teaching a member who wants to build her dōTERRA business how to do a simple AromaTouch shoulder tension relief technique — practical, easy to learn, and so powerful for everyday sharing.

Best part? She learned it and immediately practiced it on her mum on the spot. In less than 5 minutes, you could already see and feel the difference. Shoulder tension softened, the body relaxed, and that instant relief created a real “wow” moment.

This is what I love about dōTERRA sharing — it is not always about a big presentation. Sometimes the most powerful way is through a simple, effective experience that people can feel right away.

When we equip ourselves with the right knowledge , we are not just sharing oils. We are sharing care, confidence, and practical wellness solutions that others can easily pass on too.
