‘Modern life’ has uprooted our innate connection with nature for many people, often leading to a weakened physical body system and a mental state triggering negative emotions that need regular attention. Sound travels through the ears and skin into the nerve system connected to our vital organs and body parts, where it works on molecular level to relax, restore and harmonise that what makes us feel unwell or unbalanced. A sound journey is a meditative movement through a tranquil soundscape, transcending time and space, creating shifts towards a new inner balance and lightness while initiating self-healing.
