We are certified Hatha Yoga Teaching professionals having completed -200 hours of Intensive Hatha Teacher Training course (RYT200 - Intermediate to Advanced) from Asana Andiappan school of Yoga and Research Center. We are specialized in Thirumoolar Yoga style of teaching and our classes will comprise a blend of Pranayama (Breathing techniques) and Asanas (Postures) to enhance the physical and mental well being.

Our mission is to keep YOGA- the art of healing, easily accessible both physically and emotionally for people from all walks of life.
