Often the biggest thing that keeps us from achieving our goals and behaving from our values is the emotion that keeps us stuck in an old pattern- the emotion of fear, anger, insecurity, judgement, laziness, the list goes on....
I myself have wrestled with these emotions on a daily basis which only seem to add to my struggle.

But what if we learned how to process our emotions rather than resist them? What if we found a way to go through the discomfort rather than around it? What if were not only able to survive it but actually thrive BECAUSE of it?

Come and join our Behavioral Health workshop as share some simple yet powerful tools to release uncomfortable emotions and build more confidence as a result.
