But her lower body was always stuck at L or XL 😓

Years of unhealthy dieting hurt her health:

Peggy once suffered from severe hand numbness, nightly cramps, chest pain, and even dizziness that sent her to the hospital with dangerously high BP at 182. Later, she was diagnosed with autoimmune disease, struggled with skin issues, allergies to smells and hair dye, and felt completely hopeless after trying countless treatments with no cure.

She checked her Visceral fats, it was 10! She was encouraged to start a wellness program. Reluctant at first, she still gave it a try.

To her amazement, within a week, her numbness was gone. Over time, her VF dropped from 10 → 4 → now 3, she slimmed down, and all her health problems were resolved. She hasn’t needed to see a doctor for years since completing the program! ♥️💃
