第一次参加 Inside Flow Concert
跟着 Inside Flow 创作流动大师 Young Ho Kim 学 Flow，
大师在台上 calmly explain，
我在台下：
「哦～原来是这样～」
（身体：我已经自己开始 flow 了 🎶）

有些动作我以为我会，
其实我只是很有自信地不会 😌
但没关系，
Flow 教会我的不是完美，
而是享受当下。

流的是汗，
