Not every session moves forward — and that’s part of ethical energy work.

Before every session, I ask the client’s Higher Self whether it’s in their greatest and highest good to proceed.

Sometimes the wisdom of the Higher Self says: not today. And we listen with trust and respect.

Alignment always matters more than urgency. When the timing is right, the work flows with ease.

Google Singapore organised a fireside chat on Mental Health for their Mental Health Month today. Was honoured to be on the AMA panel with and Dr Ameerah from this afternoon.

I really appreciated being able to share my own personal journey and how Reiki healing can help with getting to better mental health. I hope we inspired the participants who are currently on their own journey.

It was also very inspiring to hear from Qi and Dr Ameerah, both professionals in their field, on tips to getting to better mental health. We all agreed on the importance of checking in with ourselves and that theme came up a fair bit in our answers collectively.
