At ReDefine Wellness, we witness this again and again, when the mind and energy are aligned, the body responds differently.

After years of difficult IVF cycles with PCOS, this beautiful soul chose to approach her journey in a new way. Alongside medical treatment, she consistently practiced the Silva method, entered deep relaxation each night, and received Reiki support to energetically nourish and protect her body.

A Journey Back to Silva - 10 Years in the Making ✨

“I chanced upon Silva again after I came across it back in 2014 when I was in the Middle East. I did not find a place to sign up for it there and then life took over and I forgot about it. Until March last year when it popped up again. I decided to see if I could find a coach and I found Pooja. She responded to my messages so promptly and even took the time to speak with me when she was on leave. Needless to say I signed up and it was definitely the best thing I could have done for myself.

The 4 days with Pooja and everyone else was an energetic and illuminating experience. Pooja is an amazing guide and teacher. Her passion and energy is so contagious and her personal experiences and stories captured my attention. She is so patient and gives a different perspective to the many questions put across to her.

It was an amazing 4 days for me. I have seen a shift in my own mindset and have had better sleep in the last 1 week. I am learning to trust my intuition with a few incidents that have happened since the sessions. I love that I am getting a parking spot so easily now! 🥳
