As the year comes to a close, we’re grateful to have reached 650+ people across communities, schools, and youth spaces through workshops on sleep wellness and sustainability.
Most of what we do — our workshops, efforts, and products — comes back to one thing: helping people sleep better. It’s something that mattered to us personally too.
What really stays with us isn’t the numbers, but the moments when participants come back to say, “I actually slept better,” or take the time to leave thoughtful feedback about how much they enjoyed the session.
Those small signals mean a lot. They remind us why this work matters, and why we’ll keep showing up — to support better rest, stronger communities, and more mindful ways of living.
