The sky was so blue today,
just as how I remembered it last year,
sitting outside IMH carpark.

"You're breastfeeding, no medication, come back in XX time,"
she said.

I cannot remember the exact words, but something like that.

I looked up at the sky, "what now?"

This community we created has become not just my safety net,
but for the many other women navigating pregnancy and early motherhood.

This comprehensive 2 hour workshop will cover bladder and bowel function (including what’s normal and when things go wrong), pelvic floor muscles, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis and pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy and recovery after birth.

Our classes are not only about movement, they are about nurturing your body, mind, and emotional well-being in a safe, evidence-based, and community-focused environment.

Research shows that regular physical activity during pregnancy and postpartum improves mood, supports healthy weight management, enhances cardiovascular health, reduces stress, and can prevent or alleviate musculoskeletal issues. Postnatal exercise helps restore strength, stability, and mobility, while mindful movement supports mental well-being and resilience — making our classes both preventive and therapeutic.

For families who choose calm over noise.

At Kindle Space, in collaboration with Open Doors Montessori, this Montessori Movement Playgroup offers families an authentic, developmentally grounded experience for infants and young children from 3 month-old to first steps.

The first years of life are a period of profound physical, neurological, and emotional development. In Montessori pedagogy, movement is not separate from learning, it is foundational.

This playgroup honours the child’s innate drive to move, explore, and participate in their environment. We introduce the child to new stimulus gently according to
1. Developmental stages
2. The child’s psychological needs
3. Respectful interaction and observation
4. Creating supportive routines and spaces at home

Every Thursdays:
Choose either 1:15pm or 2:45pm session.
Each session runs for 60 minutes.

POV I was in my heavy third trimester when signed me up for Mummys Market.

Looking back, I thought the stress levels almost sent me into early labor, but well thankfully went to full term and baby C decided to arrive in our kitchen countertop.
