✨ We welcomed Liz, our new physiotherapist, to the Embrace team in October.
✨ There’s now more capacity for our physio-led prenatal classes on Thursdays, 7–7.45pm.
✨ We’ve launched new clinical rehab classes on: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12–12.45pm | Fridays and Saturdays, 9–9.45am

Our physio-led classes are designed to help you move safely, rebuild strength, and feel confident in your body, all with clinical insight from your pre-class assessments with a physio. Every exercise is personalised to your needs, whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or recovering from surgery.

When we think of breast cancer treatment, we often focus on the chest, but it can also affect your pelvic floor.

Think of your pelvic floor like a balloon. Estrogen helps keep it strong, elastic, and well-supported, just like a full balloon. But during breast cancer treatment or surgical menopause, that “balloon” can lose its stretch and strength.

This can lead to bladder leaks, dryness, pain with intimacy, or a feeling of heaviness, all signs your pelvic floor needs care too.

Pelvic health physiotherapy can help retrain and strengthen these muscles, improving comfort, control, and confidence.
