From the parking lot, take the elevator down to the 1st-floor and then proceed to the medical centre's lift lobby. We are also accessible via MRT - alight at Novena and proceed to RSMC. Q is helmed by Dr Christopher Looi, the Medical Director. Dr Looi is the sole doctor with 2 supporting staff:
- Ms Elaiza Sim (Clinic Manager, Patient Relations)
- Ms Angeline Chow (Clinic Assistant, Therapist). About Dr Looi:

Dr Looi is an MOH-certified aesthetic doctor who has worked with pioneers of the industry. He is accredited for all lasers, energy-based devices, and non-invasive and minimally-invasive aesthetic treatments by the Aesthetic Dermatology Education Group (ADEG), sanctioned by Singapore Medical Council (SMC). Dr Looi is a double-degree holder – his primary undergraduate degree being a Bachelor’s Science Degree in Microbiology (Canada); and his medical degree from University College Dublin (Ireland). In his formative years as a medical doctor in Singapore, he has trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Emergency Medicine, Anaesthesia and Neonatology. Dr Looi is an alumnus of the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI). He was also an active Executive Committee member in the Society of Aesthetic Medicine (2018-2022) which represents aesthetic medicine practitioners in Singapore.
